You impressed me by the way you thoroughly assessed my old system and clearly defined how you felt that we could address my heat stacking problem upstairs. I was also extremely pleased by the way you came to my house on a daily basis to ensure that your employees were installing the new equipment to the specifications that you had defined.
Your employees were conscientious and meticulous in providing me a quality installation.
No one really wants to outlay thousands of dollars on heating and cooling, but I can honestly say that I felt like I got my money’s worth when dealing with you. It was a pleasure dealing with you and your men and I just wanted to say thank you.

Mr. Bowles, we are Bob and Karen Magee. Over the weekend, our floor furnace starting working improperly. Being a gas unit, I was concerned and we decided against using it even though the outside temperatures were very cold. I fussed and fretted all weekend about who we could talk to about getting something done about our floor furnace - either repair or replace (which was really unaffordable for us). I searched the Yellow Pages and saw several places including your business. I then went to the BBB site to see how others had rated your business and the others also. I decided your business was the one I wanted to contact about a solution to our problem.
Now, the reason for this message. When I entered the business office, I was greeted warmly by your office staff. The young lady I spoke to seemed genuinely interested in listening to my problem and she was most helpful in trying to find a solution that would best solve our problem. She said she would send a technician out that afternoon to give us an opinion on what should be done to fix the heating problem. Promptly at the time quoted for the tech to come by, he was there. David came by and did several tests and inspected our unit. He found a faulty switch and was able to replace it right then and get us back to having a warm house again. We were so impressed with his manners and his ability to deal with the public.
Mr. Bowles, we aren't used to having such good service with most businesses we deal with and we just had to let you know that we appreciate the great service and customer care exhibited by your staff. It reminds us of how things used to be in years past where you felt you could rely on getting quality service.
We feel good knowing there are still businesses that are reliable and courteous. Congratulations to you and your staff for a job well done.
